Conserve fuel through shorter runs and avoid long hauls; typical weeks are 2000 to 3000 miles. Team drivers may earn more; the market currently supports shorter runs. We do not guarantee team hires. Qualifications & Requirements Must have Class A CDL. Additional endorsements are a bonus. Must have 2+ years of CDL experience. Must have a clean MVR and reasonable PSP report. Must have a reliable tractor; trailers can be rented if needed. Must be able to work with modern ELD systems and pass a drug test. Must have a valid medical card and be able to provide verifiable work history and references. Regions & Availability Lower 48 with focus on Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West regions. Optional high-paying Canadian loads offered to qualified applicants. Some routes may change; ask for details. Compensation & Benefits High gross percentages; 82% of line haul with 18/82 split in your favor (cargo and liability insured by us). Liability and Cargo Insurance included; no separate deduction. Option to take 88% of line haul with a $250 deduction for cargo and liability insurance weekly.
