Job Description:
Data Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting data solutions using Python, Java, and SQL. Skilled in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), database management, query optimization, and data quality validation. Capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable data pipelines, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver reliable data solutions that support business and analytics needs.

Essential Skills: " 1-3 years of experience in ETL/ELT and Data Warehousing principles utilizing Datastage and/or python and snowflake and dbt Organize and schedule meetings with business stakeholders to understand business challenges| gather requirements| and define problem statements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify corrective actions and recommend data-driven solutions to business issues. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business problems and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy| integrity| and consistency across reporting and analytical outputs. Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau| SAS| Cognos| or similar platforms to create visualizations and dashboards. Create professional reports| presentations| and documentation using Client Excel| PowerPoint| and Word. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement initiatives."
