Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs, working with a diverse student population, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop treatment plans aligned with individual student needs
• Deliver direct, evidence-based therapy services to students
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and participation in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold all compliance standards
