Job Description:

• Provides support and assistance for department of real estate professionals
• Coordinates "Excess Property Review " Process which evaluates Real Estate proposals with Company's internal stakeholders; this includes preparing and distributing proposal documents to internal stakeholders, tracking responses and generating responses to requesters
• Supports Real Estate and Records Management operations by maintaining property databases and records and researching real properties.
• Coordinates procurement of real estate services such as appraisals, surveys, and title work; processes invoices through Oracle A/P; responds to property inquiries and assists with administrative tasks and meeting coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Baccalaureate or Associates Degree in Business, Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of applied experience or experience-based familiarity and working knowledge of business related processes and procedures, OR Six (6) years of applied experience or experience-based familiarity and working knowledge of real estate issues and procedures without a bachelor's degree
