Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Cardiovascular experience Knowledge of HFNC, BIPAP, and stable medication management Experience with CABG, AVR, MVR, AAA repair, lobectomy, CEA, NSTEMI, STEMI, ACS, pacers, sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding, post-DKA, respiratory failure, and tracheostomy care Description: The position is for a step-down unit. The unit consists of 30 beds. The role involves floating between critical care service lines. Candidates must have strong knowledge and experience in cardiovascular and vascular care. Clinical responsibilities will include managing various post-operative patients and conditions. Candidates should be familiar with both common and complex cardiovascular diagnoses and treatments. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality patient care.
