Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies - Denver, CO

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for Enabling Technologies in Denver to provide technical and clinical support for neurosurgery navigation and robotic-assisted surgery platforms. The role combines field-based customer support, system maintenance, clinical training, and sales collaboration across a regional territory.

Responsibilities

Coordinate on-site technology installations and provide technical assistance during procedures
Maintain system hardware and software, install upgrades, and perform preventive maintenance
Serve as primary customer liaison for repair, technical support, and issue resolution
Train physicians and hospital staff on navigation and robotic-assisted surgery technologies
Collaborate with sales teams to identify new users and support product adoption

Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to reside within assigned territory
Technical support experience with medical device systems or enabling technologies
Strong clinical and customer communication skills across multiple healthcare departments
Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems and software installation
Ability to travel 25% within territory and occasionally outside region
