The Concrete Finisher/Laborer/Formsetter will be responsible for setting forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces primarily for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Working within a small team of 1-3 workers, this role involves site preparation, material handling, and ensuring safety compliance using basic hand and power tools. The position follows standard daytime hours and requires strong attention to detail and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Set forms accurately to shape concrete structures
• Pour concrete and finish surfaces to required standards
• Assist with labor tasks and site preparation
• Handle materials and tools efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times
• Remove forms after concrete has set

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in concrete finishing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of concrete finishing and form setting techniques
• Proficient use of hand and power tools
• Understanding of site safety practices
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Ability to work well within a small team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
