This position requires a strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure that agreements comply with institutional policies, sponsor/funder obligations, and federal regulations. The Research Contracts Analyst will work closely with clinical investigators, the Office of General Counsel, and external sponsors/funders to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of contracts that support clinical trials and research initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Additional Qualifications Strong knowledge of clinical research contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements (FDA, ICH‑GCP, HIPAA, etc.) Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) a plus, but not required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and legally sound contract terms. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
