Seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our small, company-owned fleet. We offer no-touch dry van freight, planned backhauls, competitive pay, and a dispatch team that knows you by name. Important: This position is primarily based in Baltimore, MD. Drivers will generally start and end their routes at our facility in Baltimore, with occasional trips to our Centreville location as needed.

We've recently increased our driver pay and invested significant upgrades into the assigned truck, providing the next driver with reliable, well-maintained equipment that's ready to roll.

Pay & Compensation

$0.70 per mile
$0.80 per mile on weekends
$35 stop pay (includes first 2 hours)
Average approximately 1,700 miles per week
Hourly Pay

$26.78/hour for shop time, PTO, and holidays
$26.78/hour after 2 hours waiting at a stop

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience required
Safe driving record
Ability to meet all DOT requirements
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills

Pay & Compensation

$0.70 per mile
$0.80 per mile on weekends
$35 stop pay (includes first 2 hours)
