Guest Services CoordinatorA corporate apartment is rented to an individual or company for a short-term length of time. Corporate apartments are utilized for various reasons, including relocation, temporary job assignments, individuals in between homes or that have been displaced from their homes due to natural disasters. Our unique BRIDGE program is designed to recognize volunteerism and encourage growth, leadership, creativity, and community involvement amongst our teams and to give back.Position Reports to: Regional ManagerWork Location: Houston, TX (Energy Corridor area)Positions Supervised: NoneResponsibilities:Provide pricing and availability options while maximizing margins, including finding creative and innovative solutions to book a lead.Understand and learn each corporate apartment unit location, property amenities, directions for arrival, floor plans, and any other necessary knowledge to meet client needsEstablish and maintain relationships with clients and propertiesEnsure clients meet pre-screening qualifications prior to move-in.Facilitate new client lease paperwork and ensure that the corporate apartment is ready for guest move-inReview corporate apartment reservation status daily to determine availability statusIdentify the vacant units that have highest priority to be leased for maximum profitMaintain accurate and current information in electronic files for client and supply partners, and apartment communitiesComplete timely and accurate data-entry into the company systemsDistribute leads to preferred locator in the event that client does not meet qualificationsRespond to client inquiries with a focus on booking as many leases as possible without jeopardizing the highest level of customer service to each guestAnswer client questions related to pricing and corporate apartment options.Respond to and prevent customer service issues as they ariseCall guests before arrival to answer any last-minute questions and/or provide any additional amenitiesRespond to customer questions regarding properties, move-in/out proceduresAct as a liaison between the area market, Business Development Associates, and Client Services team members.Conduct 24-hour follow-up call with each guestCommunicate to the guest that the work order has been completedFollow up with clients' issues after issue has been resolvedMonitor all existing client work orders to ensure that requests will be completed on schedule, communicate any delays in client work orders, and update with any add on requests for guest needsCommunicate with the Home Services department/supply chain partnersPerform monthly marketing duties as assigned by the area managerHours Worked: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pmEducation/Certification: High School diploma or GED or equivalentExperience Preferred: Background in customer service experience, property maintenance management, or in corporate housing is a plus. Computer proficient, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Word, Smart phone technology.Requirement: Ability to pass background, drug and driving record check annually, as per company policy and guidelines.
