Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with deep expertise in Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) to join our infrastructure team. This is a highly specialized role that sits at the intersection of network engineering, cybersecurity, and application security. This engineer will own the design, administration, and optimization of Cloudflare services supporting enterprise web applications while partnering closely with networking and application teams to strengthen the organization's security posture. Must Have Hands-on experience administering Cloudflare WAF in a production enterprise environment Experience configuring and maintaining WAF policies and rule management WAF policies and rule management DNS Additional Cloudflare security service Strong understanding of web application security concepts Experience working across networking, security, and application development teams Strong troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise environment Nice to Have Experience with additional WAF platforms (Akamai, Imperva, AWS WAF, etc) Helpful, but Cloudflare experience is strongly preferred Responsibilities Administer and optimize Cloudflare WAF across enterprise applications Configure and tune WAF policies and security rules Manage Cloudflare DNS and Access services Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events impacting web applications Partner with networking and application teams to implement secure application delivery Troubleshoot connectivity, application, and security issues Recommend improvements to Cloudflare architecture and security posture Participate in infrastructure and security projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
