Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you will work independently within an assigned territory to promote Verizon wireless and internet solutions to residents through apartment communities and multi-family properties. You will build relationships with property managers and leasing teams, host on-site events, and drive customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and comfortable working in the field. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential. In this role, you will generate new customer acquisitions, strengthen property partnerships, execute community events, and achieve sales goals through effective territory management and resident outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, and weekly event scheduling and activation goals.
• Schedule events and identify and execute additional marketing tactics.
• Pre-promote events and offers.
• Establish clear communication between clients and prospects, and internal client teams.
• Administrative duties include but are not limited to event recapping, finance management, and product inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; related sales, customer-facing, or promotional experience is preferred.
• Backgrounds in outside sales, business-to-business sales, retail, Brand Ambassador or telecommunications are especially valuable.
• Proficient use of a Personal Computer and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook; Daily access to the worldwide web with the ability to meet system requirements, printer and phone.
• English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
