AristaCare is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of our facility during assigned weekend shifts. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

As the RN Supervisor , you will be entrusted with the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and uphold AristaCare’s commitment to excellence.

Position Detail

• Shifts Available: 11pm-7am, w/ alternate weekends
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities during your assigned tour of duty
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Oversee resident care to ensure the highest degree of quality and safety
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and interdisciplinary team
• Address resident, family, and staff concern in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies and procedures
• Respond to emergencies and clinical issues as they arise
