The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Medicine, Orthopaedics and/or Pain Management. We fast-track applicants with training, certification, and experience in Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, placement physical examinations, OSHA respiratory clearance evaluations, and the evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic L&I injuries. Key Responsibilities: Ideal for experienced professionals comfortable working independently, but we will train the right candidate. Preferred Experience: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine, Rehab, or Orthopaedics. Provide acute injury care with a focus on musculoskeletal issues. Conduct DOT and pre-placement physical exams. Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses. Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit physical examinations. Advise employers on workplace health and safety. Provide health education and counselling to employees Patient Load: 75-80% injury care 20-25% occupational exams and drug testing Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), no weekends or call. Compensation is between $122,132 and $159,666 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. Qualifications: Certified as a PA-C, FNP-C, or ARNP, with CURRENT WA STATE LICENSE Current FMCSA certification preferred Prefer candidate with at least 3 years of experience performing physical exams and pre-employment evaluations. Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and OSHA guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
