Regional Accounting Manager

Summary Oversee regional financial governance, consolidation, and internal controls for North American subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities Manage monthly/quarterly consolidation packages and financial reporting to Japan HQ. Lead regional FP&A, including variance analysis and cash flow optimization. Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and J -SOX/US-SOX compliance. Provide strategic guidance to subsidiary accounting teams to improve operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; 7 -10+ years of experience; CPA preferred; Bilingual (English/Japanese) required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
