Electro-mechanical AssemblerPay Rate or Salary Range: $20 - $25/hr. DOE; 10% differential increase after training and move to 2nd shift Benefits include health, dental, and vision (following 60 days of employment) Employment Type: Contract, Temp2Hire Schedule: 9/80 schedule - 2 months training on first shift (5:30 am - 2:30 pm), afterward training second shift starts between 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm. Location: Folsom, CA 95630Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Production Assembler to work on-site with our client, a global aerospace and defense company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.Responsibilities:Operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels.Keeps daily assembly production records.Maintains a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDVocational/Technical Training preferred1-3 years relevant experienceGeneral knowledge of assembly, calibration, component installation, soldering, troubleshooting, and functional testing.Ability to lift/move heavy objects.We need hard-working, reliable employees.
