CNC Machinist

Shift: First. Work hours: 6 AM – 4 PM. Education: High School. Responsibilities Total Setup & Operation: Taking a project from raw stock to a finished masterpiece. Multi‑Axis Execution: Operating 3, 4, and 5‑Axis Mills, as well as precision lathes and Swiss machines. Precision Inspection: Using manual tools and GD&T knowledge to ensure every part meets exacting specs. Problem Solving: Making real‑time G‑code edits and tool adjustments to optimize performance. Essential Functions Working in a smoke‑free environment. Wearing steel‑toe shoes. Working in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment. Manual lifting up to 50 lbs. Standing for up to 8 hours at a time. Working up to 2 hours of overtime per week. Skills CNC (3 years of experience required) CNC programming (3 years of experience required) Lathe (3 years of experience required) Multi‑axis mill (3 years of experience required) Set‑up (3 years of experience required) Precision measurements (3 years of experience required) Proficient in G‑code (3 years of experience required) Proficient in M‑code (3 years of experience required) Calipers and micrometers (3 years of experience required) Bore gauges (3 years of experience required) Problem solving (3 years of experience required) Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years.
