This exciting opportunity provides candidates with the ability to contribute to the long‑term health and success of the state while continuing to learn and grow professionally within Interclypse’s growth mindset culture. All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Create data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to solve problems. Develop actionable insights based on analysis to support decisions. Collaborate with multiple teams to understand requirements and objectives. Monitor data quality and integrity. Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field. Three (3) years of experience in data analytics. Experience as a data analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques.
