Outpatient ProgramAt Renaissance Recovery Tennessee, we support individuals in building healthier, more stable lives through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. We are currently seeking a Contracted Group Facilitator (1099) who is passionate about recovery and skilled in leading impactful group sessions.This role offers weekday hours, a collaborative team environment, and meaningful work in outpatient addiction and mental health care.Role OverviewFacilitate mental health and substance use disorder groups using evidence-based and trauma-informed approachesLead psychoeducational, coping skills, and relapse prevention groupsFoster a safe, respectful, and supportive group environmentComplete timely and accurate group documentation and attendance recordsCommunicate relevant client observations to the clinical teamMaintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirementsQualificationsExperience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or group facilitationStrong understanding of group dynamics and recovery-oriented careProfessional, reliable, and culturally competentAbility to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:40 PMComfortable working as a 1099 contracted employeePreferred ExperienceOutpatient or residential treatment settingsFamiliarity with DSM-5 and co-occurring disordersWhy Join Renaissance Recovery Tennessee?Supportive, mission-driven clinical teamCompetitive contract compensationOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in mental health and addiction recovery????
