Specific accountabilities include building department sales, making recommendations to guests, determining cutting needs, custom cutting meat products, cutting and processing fresh meat products, receiving and verifying department deliveries, packaging and pricing product, rotating and culling product to ensure freshness, scanning waste to ensure accurate shrink recording, grinding meats following prescribed procedures, promoting various products by preparing and offering samples, setting and maintaining service and self-service cases, cleaning and sanitizing department, equipment, work areas, service areas, containers and utensils, following safe food handling and personal hygiene practices, following safety practices, ensuring all product, ready to heat items and special orders are prepared to specifications, adhering to all Busch's policies, practices and procedures, building strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates, exemplifying key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests, working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Requirements include high school diploma, minimum 3 years' experience in the Meat/Seafood Department, cutting experience preferred, knowledge of various cuts of beef, pork, veal, lamb and poultry, knowledge of preparation of various cuts and types of meats and poultry, food safety certification preferred, proficient communication and interpersonal skills, proficient selling skills, proficient merchandising skills, proficient cleaning abilities.
