Fort Meade, Maryland, United States About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Implement ABA therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of BCBAs Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans Provide feedback and support to families on client progress and goals Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client services and progress Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans Ideal Candidate Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) or equivalent experience Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
