Drivers Union empowers gig workers with a strong, collective voice in their work lives, regardless of employment classification. We are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support arbitration and legal advocacy on behalf of drivers across the region. This is mission-driven litigation work that directly advances social and economic justice. 

Primary Responsibilities 

• Support Staff Attorneys in managing cases from intake through resolution. 
• Prepare materials for arbitration and panel proceedings. 
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, filings, and discovery requests and responses. 
• File documents with courts and administrative agencies. 
• Maintain accurate case files, databases, and deadlines. 
• Manage a high-volume caseload and intake process. 
• Communicate professionally with clients and external parties. 
• Provide 
• Perform other duties as assigned including legal assistance tasks .

Qualifications 

• Five (5)+ years of relevant education and/or litigation support experience. 
• Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and litigation processes. 
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and high-volume caseloads. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in high-pressure situations. 
• Proficiency with MS Office, video conferencing platforms, and database systems. 
• Experience working with diverse communities required. Fluency in languages other than English and leadership within immigrant and refugee communities strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits 

• Competitive salary: $72,000 – 84,000 per year
