RESPONSABLE DIGITALISATION (F/H/D) – CDI
On-site | Full time | Mid-level (3+ years) Trench France, une entreprise familiale basée à Saint-Louis, forte d’un siècle d’histoire, conçoit, fabrique et vend des équipements électriques pour réseaux haute tension. Elle offre également un support technique et utilise sa technologie pour protéger les personnes et l’environnement. Vos activités: Définir et piloter la stratégie de digitalisation. Gérer l'allocation des ressources pour assurer efficacité et efficience. Analyser et recueillir les besoins opérationnels des parties prenantes pour garantir l’adoption des solutions adaptées. Promouvoir la cybersécurité et la conformité des données. Identifier et analyser les risques à chaque étape du projet, élaborer des stratégies pour les atténuer. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir la portée et les objectifs du projet. Faciliter et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins. Favoriser la communication avec les parties prenantes pour assurer un alignement et une compréhension commune. Présenter l’avancement et les performances du projet à la direction. Se tenir informé des évolutions technologiques. Localisation et conditions: Poste basé à Saint-Louis (68), déplacements en France et à l’international possibles. Travail en forfait jours. Profil recherché: Formation en ingénierie ou sciences, avec une solide base technique. Expérience significative en gestion de projets Agile et développement numérique, maîtrise des nouvelles technologies et gestion de données complexes. Une expérience en industrie est un plus. Compétences attendues: Gestion de projets Anglais C1 Expertise en SQL Connaissances avancées de SAP (FI/CO/PP, logistique), expérience sur migrations S4 est un plus.
