Position Summary

• A leading healthcare organization in the South Boston area is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing outpatient Dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of dermatologic services and help shape the continued expansion of the department.

• Full-time outpatient Dermatology role

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology

• Opportunity to tailor your practice to areas of interest (medical, procedural, cosmetic, or complex medical dermatology)

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology

• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure

Compensation Range: $331,495 " $544,566

The final base salary will be determined based on factors such as clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The stated range represents a good faith estimate; eligible incentive compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
