Registered Nurse Supervisor

Pine Crest Health and Memory Care Come join our team and start making a difference! Salary: $44.00/hr + based upon years of experience. (based on experience) Schedule: Noc Shift 10:00pm- 6:00am Student Loan Reimbursement Available! Duties:

• Ensures that the residents are provided with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan
• Assures that all staff complete required compliance training and processes
• Responsible for serving as a mentor to new licensed nurses, providing orientation, assisting with training and making recommendations to nursing administration
• Assists with new employee selection and hiring process
• Evaluates the skills of New Licensed Nurses and makes recommendations to management regarding the state of a new employee's orientation program
• Communicates new programs, interventions and new procedures with the Licensed Nurse Staff.
• Follow Registered Nurse job description.

Qualifications:

• RN license is required
• At least 2-year experience as a licensed nurse
