Commercial Banking Expert
We are seeking a Commercial Banking Expert with strong domain knowledge to support business initiatives, operational improvements, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert across commercial banking products, processes, and regulatory considerations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in commercial banking products & services
- Support initiatives across lending, credit, treasury, trade finance, and cash management
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams
- Analyze, design, and optimize banking workflows and processes
- Translate business needs into functional requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–12 years of experience in the Commercial Banking domain
- Solid understanding of lending & credit processes
- Knowledge of treasury, payments, and commercial banking operations
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation initiatives
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital or banking transformation programs
- Familiarity with core banking systems or platforms
- Consulting or advisory experience (nice to have)
