Project Manager Jackson & Ryan Achitects

Job Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams, including internal staff and consultants, from inception to completion Produce well-coordinated, efficiently executed project documents ready for permitting and construction Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Oversee quality control and the permitting process Schedule and lead client meetings and presentations Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions Provide mentorship and guidance to team members Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the project team Required Qualifications Licensed Architect 10+ years of professional experience in architecture/project management Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of codes and compliance Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with animal welfare, community projects, and/or education Familiarity co‑presenting in interviews or on the stage, or a willingness to learn LEED or other certifications Proficiency with Adobe design software and 3D visualization tools Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
