The Value of Working with Us Full time and Per Diem positions available Full time: 7 shifts a month 24-hour shifts, 8am-8am, in-house coverage Responsibilities include attendance and high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, well baby rounding, NICU coverage at night, ED consults. Pediatric admissions on a case-by-case basis. Strong Neonatology support Streamlined transfer process through UCSF Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $225,331 to $245,331 per year. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
