Registered Nurse – Telemetry12hr Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend and every other holiday.Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13RequirementsMA RN LicenseBLS Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)3 years of prior Med/Surg and Telemetry experienceTelemetry and Meditech experience requiredFlu vaccine for 2024/2025 required prior to startResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.Telemetry test will be given on the first day of orientation.
