Fast Food Cook

- Ensure food truck is equipped with all necessary items, including cooking and serving wares, to go containers, gloves, etc. - Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure all foods are prepped and ready. - Set up all front counter accessories including: Forks, knives, napkins, condiments, beverage display etc.. - Take all orders from customers, enter into Toast POS system, collect payments. - Call out orders for customers when complete. - Assist in inventory and goods stocking of food trucks. - Monitor of departure and arrival of food trucks to assigned destinations. - Assist with minor maintenance of food trucks if necessary. Required Skills and Abilities - Experience in catering, cashiering or a related field. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Valid NC drivers license. - Knowledge of local and state laws regarding food safety. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. - Able to speak to a diverse range of clientele, to engage effectively with said clientele to ensure needs are met in accordance with the agreed contract and or event status
