About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief AI Officer to spearhead its AI-first transformation. This strategic and operationally rigorous role is pivotal in leading the enterprise-wide AI agenda, defining offerings, and scaling capabilities to meet the demands of generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-value client engagements, shaping AI use cases, and acting as a trusted advisor to CxOs. Additionally, the role involves deepening strategic partnerships with cloud, data, and platform providers, and amplifying the company's AI voice in the market. The Chief AI Officer will also serve as a key architect in the co-creation of AI-driven transformation, with a focus on client-centered innovation. Applicants for the Chief AI Officer position at the company should have a proven track record in leading high-impact client-facing AI initiatives, defining and scaling AI go-to-market offerings, and possess strong strategic partnership management skills. The role requires executive presence, investor communication skills, and operational expertise in scaling AI teams and delivery. A deep technical fluency in AI/ML and emerging technologies is essential, as is a bias for collaboration, urgency, and outcome-oriented execution.
