Job Summary General Dentist position in a private group practice with three locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Immediate hire with potential partnership after one year. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental services including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, implants, Invisalign, and other negotiated procedures. Deliver high‑quality patient care and build long‑term patient relationships. Utilize modern dental technology and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years in general dentistry (3 or more preferred). DMD or DDS degree from an accredited college. Current dentist license in New Jersey. DEA Controlled Substance license. Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures and experience with digital dentistry. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and commitment to patient‑centered care. Benefits Annual compensation $300k – $400k (possible), with negotiable daily minimum and 30%–32% of collections. Medical and Dental benefits. CE allowance $1,500 – $2,500 per year.
