Role Overview

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for Caregivers to deliver in-home senior care services throughout Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, and nearby towns. If you enjoy helping people feel safe and comfortable at home, you'll fit right in.

In this role, you will:
- Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and basic nutrition support
- Provide light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, general cleaning/organization)
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
- Keep the home environment clean, safe, and welcoming

What we're looking for:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (travel between towns may be needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in client homes
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required
