A national full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support one partner and an associate with Insurance Defense and Coverage cases.

The salary range for the role is 75-95k DOE, and offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, PTO, paid court holidays and other perks.

Typical tasks assigned to this role include:

- Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents

- Analyzing medical records and medical billing summaries

- Preparing for trial

- Conducting legal research

- Tracking and entering billable time

• 3+ years experience as a paralegal handling litigation matters in Washington state
• Proven ability to achieve a 1500 annual billable target
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions and inbound/outbound discovery
• Skilled at discovery collection, analysis and organization
• Experience with trial prep and legal research using LexisNexis or Westlaw
• Has tracked/entered their own billable time
• Demonstrated success in a remote environment

This role has the flexibility to be worked in a hybrid capacity, allowing for up to 5 days work-from-home with the exception of trial prep/assistance and occasional meet ups. Candidates must reside within a local and commutable distance to downtown Seattle. No out of state candidates considered.
