Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Team Member is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring timely delivery to production, accurate documentation, and compliance with company processes. This role supports both domestic and international shipments, warehouse organization, and production logistics while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with 5S standard. Receive materials from vendors for use by manufacturing and assembly team. Prepare and package shipments to customers, including associated packing lists. Follow company procedures for all incoming and outgoing material handling. Verify goods for accuracy and quality; enter goods receipts into SAP using vendor packing list. Assign and manage storage locations for assembly fixtures and incoming material. Support production by ensuring collected goods are delivered to Assembly on time. Package and ship goods to customer sites for installation. Organize goods and documentation for both import and export activities. Track incoming and outgoing shipments; monitor and update delivery status. Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely. Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred. 2–3 years of logistics or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work extended or varied hours as required to meet operational needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
