Job Responsibilities:
- Support Global Product Managers in executing product strategy and lifecycle management initiatives
- Assist in portfolio planning, product sustainment, and optimization activities
- Gather and synthesize customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive landscape data
- Support commercialization activities including product launches, updates, and expanded claims
- Develop and maintain internal product materials and resources for commercial teams
- Monitor product performance including sales trends, demand signals, and market adoption metrics
- Assist in forecasting activities for product portfolio and consumables
- Support cross-functional coordination with Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Scientific Affairs teams
- Contribute to development of market analysis and product performance reports
- Maintain organized product documentation and internal knowledge resources
- Assist in execution of marketing and portfolio-related projects as assigned
Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, product management support, or related roles
- Experience in diagnostics, medical technology, biotech, or life sciences preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and performance data
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and commercialization processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
