This is an onsite role located in Anderson, S.C.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking talented associates to build up the Production Team for our third-generation liquid desiccant air conditioner factory. Prior experience with Assembly in a manufacturing environment is required, and Service or Installation of any Refrigeration and HVAC systems is desirable. The successful candidate will “get in at the ground floor” of our newly launched and funded business to build our manufacturing process and team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation for climate solutions and be a part of creating and launching cutting edge technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for assembly of Mojave ArctiDry air-conditioners.
• Responsible to achieve and exceed all budgeted metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Follow work instructions and guidelines to assemble HVAC equipment
• Copper pipe brazing or electrical panel assembly experience preferred
• Interface clearly and politely with customers and coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years in a Manufacturing/Assembly environment.
• Any additional experience in HVAC/Refrigeration preferred
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and work location, consistent with applicable law. Working Conditions

• Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with moderate supervision.
• Ability to work under moderate noise levels typical of an active production floor.
• Ability to be flexible and successfully respond to multiple competing work pressures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with factory and equipment work, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and working around industrial equipment.
