We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Referral Coordinator to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping match professionals with remote administrative healthcare roles.
This position is great for someone who enjoys keeping things organized and supporting patient care behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Process incoming and outgoing referrals
- Communicate with providers and specialists
- Verify insurance requirements
- Track referral status and follow up as needed
- Document all activity in the EHR system
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote structure
