About Luxe

Luxe Performance & Recovery is a premium boutique fitness studio in Houston’s Rice Village, built around a simple philosophy: Strength. Balance. Recovery.

Our programming brings together strength training, Pilates-based movement, yoga and recovery to create a more well-rounded approach to performance. Every detail of the Luxe experience—from our programming and instructors to our environment and amenities) is designed for people who expect more from where and how they train.

As Luxe continues to grow, we’re looking for a polished, energetic and sales-driven individual to join our team.

The Role

The Sales Associate is responsible for turning interest in Luxe into long-term relationships.

You’ll be one of the first people prospective members interact with, whether they walk through our doors, call the studio or inquire digitally. This role combines membership sales, lead follow-up and exceptional in-studio hospitality .

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, is confident asking for the sale, and understands the difference between providing great service and simply being friendly.

This is not a passive front-desk position.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective members and confidently communicate what makes Luxe different
• Convert new-client offers and studio visitors into memberships and packages
• Follow up consistently with leads via phone, text and email
• Conduct studio tours and help prospective members identify the best Luxe offering for their goals
• Build relationships with new and existing members and identify opportunities to improve retention
• Support membership upgrades, renewals and other studio sales initiatives
• Provide a polished, high-touch experience from the moment someone enters the studio
• Assist with client check-in and day-to-day front-of-house operations
• Maintain the presentation and standards expected of a premium studio environment
• Become highly knowledgeable about Luxe programming, memberships, promotions and policies
• Work closely with studio leadership to achieve individual and studio sales goals

• Reliable. Boutique fitness depends on people showing up when they say they will.
• Interested in fitness and wellness. You don't need to be an instructor, but you should be genuinely interested in the space and excited to learn our programming.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:

• Membership or service-based sales
• Luxury retail
• Hospitality
• Boutique fitness
• Beauty or wellness
• High-touch customer service

Experience with Mindbody or a similar CRM/studio management platform is a plus.

Schedule

This is a part-time, in-person position at our Rice Village studio.

Availability during a combination of mornings, evenings and weekends is required. Candidates should have consistent weekly availability rather than a schedule that changes frequently.

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation plus performance-based sales incentives .
