Junior Account Executive - Entry-Level

We are a fast-growing marketing and community outreach team partnering with national nonprofit organizations to create awareness, inspire action, and connect important causes with communities across the country.

Our team specializes in live event marketing, face-to-face outreach, and community engagement campaigns . Rather than working behind a desk all day, our Junior Account Executives are actively involved in the field—meeting people, representing nonprofit missions, and helping organizations increase visibility and support.

We are currently hiring a Junior Account Executive for an entry-level, client-facing marketing position. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want hands-on experience in marketing and communications, and are looking to build a long-term career in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, community campaigns, and promotional outreach activities
• Engage directly with community members through face-to-face conversations to increase awareness and support for important causes
• Assist with event planning, setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Create a positive and engaging experience for attendees while representing client organizations professionally
• Support daily campaign goals and help improve community outreach results
• Collaborate with team members to execute successful marketing initiatives
• Travel to various event locations as needed and maintain a flexible schedule during campaign periods

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people in a professional, face-to-face setting
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to take on new challenges
• Comfortable working in an active, field-based role
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, or outreach is a plus but not required
