Benefits Pay based on experience and union scale Steady, year‑round service work across commercial and residential systems Overtime opportunities available Union‑supported benefits including medical, dental, and retirement after the probationary period Local service area across Livermore and East Bay communities Long‑term career stability with a company established in 1948 Responsibilities Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repair in Livermore, CA and surrounding East Bay areas Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Service equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and duct systems Complete routine maintenance and respond to service calls efficiently Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommended solutions Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and professionalism Coordinate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedules Qualifications Relevant HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems Experience working on commercial HVAC systems preferred EPA certification required Valid driver’s license Ability to work independently and manage service calls Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work within a union environment EEO Statement Superior Mechanical Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
