Key Responsibilities: Provide full Spectrum of HR Managing payroll, recruitment, government claims, income tax, CPF, leave management, Yearly Performance Review, Employee Data recording keeping, Dismissal, Letter of Appointment, Employee Handbook, Employee benefits/ welfare, staff retention, employee relations, Work Pass Application, onboarding & off boarding, etc. Admin duties such as company licenses renewal, insurance renewal, office relocation, Tenancy Agreement, Liaise with Office Building Management, purchase of office and pantry supplies. IT related issue such as hardware and software purchase, add/ remove emails, copier machine, Setup laptop for new join/ user. Carries out all daily administrative duties and HR related duties; Provides ad hoc support around the office as needed. Qualifications, Skills & Preferences: Minimum Diploma in Business Management/ HRM or any other related fields. At least 1 years of HR experiences Experience in game industry is an added advantage Well versed in English and conversational Chinese to liaise with China Counterparts Our Core Values: These core values are embedded in all roles and applicants must possess the ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our workplace values.
