We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our roofing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems for homeowners, and being rewarded directly for their performance.
Position Overview
As a Roofing Sales Associate, you will identify prospective customers, conduct professional roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the process of restoring or replacing damaged roofing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by identifying homes with roof damage
- Conduct thorough, professional roof inspections
- Present tailored roofing solutions and close sales with homeowners
- Maintain clear, courteous communication throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in home improvement industries such as solar, home security, or roofing
- No prior roofing experience required — comprehensive training is provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-motivated, professional approach to commission-based work
