Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision components and products according to detailed technical specifications and blueprints. Your energetic approach will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills and work with advanced industrial tools in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to ensure accurate assembly.
• Measure parts and assemblies precisely using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and other precision measuring devices.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics to guide assembly processes.
• Use shop math skills to calculate measurements, tolerances, and adjustments during assembly.
• Solder electrical connections when required, following safety protocols and technical specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements for safety.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled parts using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures for manual handling and safe use of all tools and equipment.
• Assist in interpreting production documents and updating assembly records as needed.

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings is essential.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, machining, soldering, or working with power tools will be advantageous.
• Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems can be beneficial.
• Strong manual dexterity combined with good shop math skills is necessary for success in this role.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation accurately and follow detailed instructions diligently.
