Front Desk Receptionist

JCCA is seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide support with administrative and operational tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors, families, staff, and community partners, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a positive experience while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, families, vendors, and staff.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Manage visitor logs, mail, deliveries, and conference room scheduling.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records, databases, and SharePoint files.
  • Support transportation requests, youth recreation passes, and program documentation.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventories.
  • Assist with campus events, meetings, special projects, and day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple campus departments.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Pay Rate: $24.93
