Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters and insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation. We respond to the needs of the aviation community on legal and regulatory issues. We handle issues for the aviation industry members from major airline and satellite losses, to antitrust and product liability claims, to bodily injury and cargo litigation. Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting. Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
