Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. The Ideal Candidate Will Minimum of three years' experience working as a lead cook in a high-volume kitchen. High school diploma or equivalent required; formal culinary training preferred. Food safety program certification or food handler certification. Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members. You will get to cook with high-quality ingredients and make wages comparable to the best restaurants in town but in a low-stress environment. You will be part of a team of wonderful people helping to ensure that we always maintain the Gold Standard in all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation.
