Restaurant and Bar Manager

The Restaurant & Bar Manager at Allevity Entertainment is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen. This position provides leadership to both front-of-house and back-of-house teams and is responsible for creating an efficient, high-quality, and enjoyable experience for guests and employees. The Restaurant & Bar Manager oversees staffing, training, scheduling, food and beverage quality, inventory, cost control, safety and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and overall guest satisfaction. This position works closely with the General Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations, strong financial performance, and a positive, family-friendly atmosphere consistent with Allevity's standards. Pay: $22–$28 per hour depending on experience. **$500 bonus-This will be paid after you work at least 6 months at Allevity.**
