About The Role Physical Therapists are responsible for supporting patient care and clinic success by: Synthesizing information from a patient's referral, medical records, imaging, intake forms, and subjective history. Diagnosing movement dysfunction via functional movement, posture and gait analysis, internal pelvic floor examinations, objective measurements, and listening to patients' concerns and goals. Using critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care that include the patient's goals and expected outcomes. Utilizing evidence‑based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, biofeedback, and other modalities to achieve patients' goals. Evaluating and documenting patient progress, using outcomes to drive results, and modifying the plan of care as needed. Educating patients about what to expect from the recovery process and how to cope with challenges throughout the process. Following up with patients to ensure adherence to the plan of care. Connecting with providers and local organizations to increase awareness of therapies provided by the clinic and ensure patients who need care can receive it. Providing clinical instruction of at least one student rotation per year after the first year of treatment in your specialty area. Other tasks as assigned. What You’ll Achieve Having a deep sense of teamwork around patient care and outcomes will: Result in serving as many patients as possible with high‑quality physical therapy at Origin. Facilitate care that creates meaningful outcomes in partnership or mentorship with other PTs and/or providers. About You Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida (new graduates welcome to apply). Interest in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy. Bonus Points Pelvic floor physical therapy experience and certification (not required, but highly valued). Pay Range 70,000 – 120,000 USD per year (CoralGables) #J-18808-Ljbffr
