As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access to the healthcare location, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate personnel. Monitor front desk activity and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and policy concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation while providing a professional presence at the front desk. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
